Madison began her playing career at Samford University, where she was named to the 2012 SoCon All-Freshman Team, led the team in batting average (.354), at bats (180), runs (28), hits (64), doubles (12) and led the conference in runners caught stealing with 16. She also tied for the team lead in RBI (28) and home runs (7). She transfered to Auburn University for her Red-Shirt Junior season and was a member of back to back SEC Tournament Champions, and making the Women's College World Series in each of her seasons at Auburn. She is Hoover High School's All-Time Leader in Home Runs and RBI.
